No. Every child must have their own individual, dedicated profile within our system. Each child's profile must be registered using a unique email address. While you may use the same parental phone number and banking details across multiple profiles, our database requires distinct email addresses to manage individual talent records, wardrobe measurements, and casting shortlists accurately.
-
Yes. Even if your children are identical or fraternal multiples, they must have separate, individual profiles. Directors frequently look for multiples for continuity or specific scene requirements, but each child is treated as an independent background artist with their own schedule, contract, and technical profile.
-
Yes. Your personal profile cannot be shared or combined with your child's information. You must register a completely separate profile for your child.
While the system allows you to use your own parental account email address to register one child, we highly recommend setting up a dedicated email address specifically for your child's profile. This keeps correspondence completely transparent, particularly if you end up registering more than one child over time.
The parent/ guardian needs is always be the one responding to emails and responsible for the child’s profile.

Film sets operate under strict, high-pressure environments. We require the highest standards of:
Reliability & Timekeeping: Call times can frequently be very early in the morning. Punctuality is non-negotiable.
Flexibility: Film schedules can change rapidly due to weather or production needs. Good availability is crucial.
Professionalism & Conduct: Both the child and the accompanying guardian must remain polite, cooperative, and attentive to the instructions given by our on-set Chaperones/ Crowd Marshalls.
As the parent or guardian, you hold sole responsibility for managing all booking confirmations, responding promptly to urgent availability requests, and signing legal contracts on your child's behalf.
